As a Personal Care Aide, you will work under the guidance of a written plan of care developed by a Registered Nurse. You will provide essential personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, toileting, and basic nail care.
• Mobility Support: Assist with ambulation, transfers, range-of-motion exercises, and the proper use of mechanical lifting devices when necessary.
• Household Support: Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, tidying up, and bed-making to maintain a safe environment.
• Nutritional Support: Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as required.
• Care Coordination: Provide timely medication reminders and closely follow the established nursing care plan.
